Marcon’s Income Producing Property (IPP) team is seeking an experienced Property Manager to lead the operations of a diverse portfolio, including residential, commercial, sales centres, and mixed-use properties. Reporting to the Regional Property Manager, this role is central to ensuring reliable day-to-day operations, maintaining regulatory compliance, and cultivating strong tenant relationships across all asset types. You will be accountable for portfolio performance, tenant satisfaction, financial oversight, vendor management, and cross-departmental coordination — all while operating with a high degree of independence and professionalism. About the Role: * Managing all aspects of assigned properties throughout the Lower Mainland * Develop and manage annual budgets  * Maintaining a positive, productive relationship with tenants * Establishing appropriate rental rates * Overseeing all activities related to selection of suitable tenants * Initiating vacancy advertising as appropriate * Troubleshooting and responding to after-hours issues across the portfolio * Ensuring timely collection of rents and fees  * Preparing all lease-related paperwork in a timely and accurate manner * Liaising with civic authorities or emergency services personnel * Inspect, monitor and arrange property maintenance to meet required standards * Prepare weekly and monthly reports  * Performs any other duties and responsibilities as assigned About You: * 3-6 years of experience in property management, with at least 3 years at a management level * Strong computer skills, including MS Office * Basic knowledge of finance and marketing * Strong management and leadership skills * Excellent communication skills * Ability to manage a portfolio of mixed-use buildings and homes * General knowledge of provincial occupational health and safety requirements * Understanding of the Residential Tenancy Act of British Columbia * A valid driver’s license and a vehicle, to facilitate visits to and from Marcon properties What We Offer: Marcon is committed to building an inclusive, inspired, high-performance team culture, where our Core Values of Safety, Integrity, Teamwork, Passion, and Excellence guide how we show up every day. The compensation range for this role is $70,000 to $90,000 annually depending on the candidate's experience and qualifications.
