Job Summary The role of the Property Officer is to provide maintenance and engineering support in the shopping mall. Job Description •    To carry out routine inspection on electrical, air-conditioning systems, chilled-water systems and plumbing in the building•    To carry out minor repair for sanitary and plumbing works, electrical works and building works•    Attend to building and tenants' defects and breakdowns as requested•    Write daily reports and reports on activities and irregularities such as equipment or property damage, or breakdown occurrences•    To provide administrative support such as calling for quotations•    Perform trouble shooting and equipment failure check during scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities•    Contact and work with contractors for routine servicing and emergency repair•    Any other task as assigned by immediate supervisor/managementKey Qualification NITEC in Building Services / Engineering or equivalent At least 2 years of experience in Facility Maintenance Able to carry out the task given Able to perform 2 shifts/ 6 days work week and to work on weekends and public holidays
