Responsibilities Support the day-to-day administration and supervision of cleaning, security, landscaping and concierge service contractors and frontline property management staff for investment properties managed by the Corporation Coordinate with the technical team to provide efficient maintenance services Handle enquiries and complaints by owners / tenants / shoppers Organise community activities, attend the Incorporated Owners meetings and other events to build and maintain positive relationship with owners Requirements Degree with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in property management; OR Diploma with a minimum of 4 years’ relevant experience Strong interpersonal skill with good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese Proficiency in various software applications, such as word processing and Microsoft Office Experience in managing commercial buildings is an advantage Remarks Required to wear uniforms and perform shift duties on irregular patterns of hours Candidates with less experience or lower qualification will be considered for the Assistant Property Officer position The above position offers a Joining Bonus of $12,000, subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant programme Applications You are invited to apply online via http://www.mtr.com.hk/mtr_job_en or send in your CV stating the position (with reference number) you are applying for by mail to Human Resource Management Department, MTR Corporation, G.P.O.
