Description We're looking for someone detail-driven, dependable, and ready to roll up their sleeves in a fast-moving property management environment. This role is a temporary opportunity focused on an essential backlog project. This position is a 6–8-month project-based role, with the potential for ongoing or permanent employment depending on performance and organizational needs. Job Details: Duration: 6–8 months (Temporary, Non-exempt) Schedule: Part-time, under 30 hours per week (No benefits) Location: On-site, 4–5 days per week Key Responsibilities: Responsible for scanning, digitizing, and systematically organizing a substantial volume of physical files and documents Filing, labeling, and maintaining both physical and digital records with a high degree of accuracy Providing clerical and administrative support to the office team as required Managing incoming documentation and ensuring that all materials are properly processed and tracked Assisting in day-to-day operations to facilitate efficient office functionality Performing additional duties as assigned to support office needs Requirements Requirements: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel). Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a true team player. Strong time management and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Eager to learn, grow, and contribute from day one.
