We’re currently looking for a Property Operations Associate to join a billion-dollar startup with a global presence (think Airbnb for short and medium-term housing).
As a key member of the operations team, you’ll support rental properties across New York City. Your responsibilities will include managing apartment turnovers, coordinating unit furnishing, and providing hands-on guest support, from lockouts and basic repairs to wifi troubleshooting. We’re looking for a proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to make an immediate impact.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Comfortable performing basic handyman tasks (furniture assembly, minor repairs, etc.)
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to lift and move items over 30 lbs regularly
• Tech-savvy and confident with tools like Slack, G Suite, and mobile task apps
• Driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle (mileage reimbursed)\
• Comfortable traveling to multiple rental properties in a single workday.
• Available to work Saturday, Sunday, Monday, and two additional weekdays of your choosing (5 days total per week)

• Get apartments fully furnished, stocked, and ready for move-in
• Resolve issues such as guest lockouts, cosmetic repairs, and WiFi or tech issues
• Perform pre-check-in and post-check-out inspections using a mobile checklist
• Conduct detailed property walkthroughs to ensure furnishings and décor are on-brand
