PROPERTY OPERATIONS MANAGER

We are seeking a dedicated Property Operations Manager to join our team.
The IDEAL candidate should work as a team member to support to the office team. Experience in construction or apartment management is a plus.

SKILLS

  • Proficient in computerized systems and software, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)/Google Suite
  • Familiarity with Rentec or other property management software is a plus
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong typing skills with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience in administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and office organization.
  • Effective phone etiquette for professional communication with tenants and vendors.
  • Ability to work independently or collaboratively as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Dependable vehicle required
  • Bilingual (Spanish is not required, but a plus)

Responsibilities
  • Prepare the lease documents and maintain accurate records
  • Perform general office duties such as answering phone calls, taking messages, and directing inquiries
  • Utilize property management software such as Rentec for data entry, filing, and customer relationship management.
  • Conduct regular property inspections and coordinate maintenance activities
  • Handle lease agreements, contracts, and renewals while ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
  • Advertise and post the vacancy units and set up the open house
  • Work with office staff for the assigned projects with the follow-up and tracking information
  • Maintain accurate records of all transactions, communications, and maintenance requests
  • Travel may be needed within South Bay/Santa Cruz Area for apartment inspection/move-in or move-out
