We are currently seeking a Residential Property Paralegal to support a busy and dynamic conveyancing team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for someone with at least one year of experience in residential property to further develop their career in a supportive and forward-thinking environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assisting fee earners in managing a full residential conveyancing caseload
  • Preparing legal documentation, conducting searches, and liaising with clients
  • Supporting with post-completion tasks and Land Registry submissions
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory and firm standards
  • Contributing to a collaborative and high-performing legal team
