As our team continues to grow, a new vacancy has arisen in our Birmingham office (with flexible hybrid working).
The successful candidate will be either an experienced paralegal or legal executive, with the ability to take on and run an existing caseload with limited supervision.
The role
On offer is the opportunity to work with a variety of clients including registered providers and local authorities, supporting them with a range of both residential and commercial work.

What we are looking for from you

The successful applicant will possess the following skills key to the role:

  • The ability to work with limited supervision on freehold sales and purchases from inception to completion.
  • Experience of dealing with all aspects of post completion including SDLT forms and submissions and Land Registry applications and requisitions.
  • Ability to conduct title investigation, review searches and enquiries, raise enquiries and report to client.
  • Experience of dealing with commercial leases, licences to occupy, licences to assign and other ancillary documents.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise
  • Strong communication skills with an ability to build strong interpersonal relationships
  • Experience acting for public sector and private sector clients is desirable but not essential for the role
