As a Property Paralegal, you will work closely with solicitors and fee earners to assist with both residential and/or commercial property transactions from instruction through to completion. This is a great opportunity for a proactive individual with a passion for property law and a desire to grow their legal career.

• Supporting fee earners with residential and/or commercial property matters
• Drafting legal documents, including contracts, leases, and reports on title
• Conducting searches and reviewing Land Registry documents
• Communicating with clients, solicitors, estate agents, and lenders
• Assisting with exchange and completion procedures
• Managing post-completion work such as SDLT submissions and Land Registry applications
• Maintaining accurate case files and records using case management systems
