JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Portfolio Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing investment portfolios, ensuring optimal asset allocation, and delivering exceptional financial performance to the executive management team. This role requires a deep understanding of financial concepts, investment strategies, and risk management practices. The Portfolio Manager will collaborate with executive management to develop in overseeing capex projects, marketing and financial accounting goals.

SKILLS

• Proficient in multi-family housing, financial management, and investment management principles.
• Strong knowledge of multi-family housing practices and portfolio management techniques.
• Excellent analytical skills with a solid understanding of financial concepts and math.
• Familiarity with property management software (AppFolio) is a plus.
• Strong financial acumen with the ability to make informed decisions based on data analysis.
• Effective skills in reviewing capital improvement bids and services.
• Ability to conduct thorough research on market trends and investment opportunities.
