Responsibilities

No two days are the same but the below gives you a flavour for some of the tasks you’d typically be involved with. Even if you can’t tick everything off from the list below but think you’ve got what it takes, we’d be keen for you to apply:

Sales Support:

  • Assist the sales team with daily sales activities and administrative tasks
  • Prepare and process legal packs
  • Communicating with solicitors to provide information
  • Maintain and update customer databases and sales records

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Manage and organise documents, ensuring they are up-to-date and easily accessible
  • Track sales performance metrics and provide regular updates to the sales manager

Administrative Duties:

  • Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry and office management
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence related to sales inquiries

Collaboration and Teamwork:

  • Work closely with other departments such as finance, property management and credit control to ensure seamless operations
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategy discussionsProvide training and support to new sales team members as needed
