Position: Sales Advisor – Real Estate Brokerage
Location: Dubai, UAE

About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Advisor to join our dynamic real estate brokerage team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong client relationships, and closing sales in both the off-plan and ready property markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect, generate, and qualify leads through networking, marketing campaigns, and client referrals.
  • Conduct property presentations, viewings, and negotiations with clients.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the UAE real estate market, including trends, pricing, and competitive projects.
  • Advise clients on market conditions, property values, and investment opportunities.
  • Coordinate with developers, sellers, and internal departments to ensure smooth transactions.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
  • Maintain accurate client records in the CRM system and follow up promptly.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate (off-plan and/or secondary market).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus).
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Valid UAE driving license and own car preferred.
  • RERA Certification is an advantage (or willingness to obtain it).
