Celestial Globe Group Ltd (www.celestialglobe.co.uk) is a real estate investment specialist in London for Far East investors as well as local clients. We are a well-established property business with 4 branches operating in London and 1 branch in Shanghai, China. We are currently looking for a property sales consultant at our Head office in central London.

DETAILS OF THE SKILL, EXPERIENCE, AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

· At least Two Years of experience in the sales of property market
· Speak both Chinese and English is preferred
· Bachelor’s degree or above
· An excellent communicator & well-spoken & ability to negotiate
· Some experience in social media editing is preferred
· Professional enthusiastic
· Polite manner
· Self-motivated and able to work on your own initiative
· Eligible to work full-time in the UK

Pay: From £28,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

· Taking inquiries regarding properties for sale, listing the property for resale and contacting vendors
· Identifying potential buyer via different channels or referrals and introducing suitable properties for the potential buyers
· Meeting all anti-money laundering standards and legal requirements
· Keeping regular contact with vendors regarding viewings and offers
· Conducting viewings on properties
· Securing offers for properties and negotiating offers with clients
· Generating a targeted number of viewings per week resulting in a targeted number of offers per month.
· Maintaining company websites, social platform and looking at data analytics
· Selling our company services to generate new and repeat business
