COMPANY: PROMAX INC. · Promotes FLI properties through manning, advertisements and other effective strategies. · Provides site tour for ocular visits · Prospects and source potential clients and provide excellent customer service · Ensures closing of sales · Prepare necessary paper-works for the client and ensures collection of required documents · Develops and maintains client database · Prepares and facilitates effective client presentations · Renders overall Customer Service · Ensures efficient delivery of monthly sales target. · Facilitates after sales service · Provide guidance and assist buyers in purchasing property for the right price under the best terms · Determine client's needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them · Remain knowledgeable about company products, real estate markets and industry best practices Qualifications: ü A graduate of any 2 or 4year course or have earned at least 72units in college ü Excellent verbal and written communication skills ü Real Estate / Sales experience is an advantage but not required ü Must be social media savvy & have gadget + access to stable internet ü Fresh graduates and career-shifters are welcome to apply
