  • Valid UAE real estate license.
  • Proven experience in real estate sales, preferably in Abu Dhabi.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of UAE property laws and market trends.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is an asset.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
  • UAE driving license and reliable transportation.
