Job Summary
Metropolitan Capital Real Estate is seeking a motivated and results-driven Property Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for real estate. This role involves working with clients to buy and sell residential and commercial properties, providing expert advice and delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients in buying, selling, and investing in properties across Abu Dhabi
  • Conduct property viewings, presentations, and negotiations
  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing campaigns
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, pricing, and legal requirements
  • Prepare and manage contracts, agreements, and documentation
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team performance
  • Collaborate with marketing and administrative teams to support sales efforts

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience in property sales or a related field (minimum 1–2 years preferred)
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and digital marketing tools
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
  • UAE real estate experience and RERA certification is an advantage
  • Valid UAE driver’s license and access to a vehicle
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
