Property Sales Manager We are looking for a results-oriented Sales Manager to lead and inspire the sales team in achieving business and revenue targets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, developing effective sales strategies, contributing to product positioning and pricing, and enhancing the capabilities of the sales team through continuous training and coaching. Key Responsibilities Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives. Develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotional packages to enhance market competitiveness. Provide market feedback and insights to support business growth and customer engagement. Participate in product development discussions and contribute recommendations on pricing strategies and market positioning. Conduct in-house training and coaching sessions for sales and marketing personnel to strengthen sales techniques and product knowledge. Review business plan targets and formulate overall sales strategies for assigned projects. Identify competency gaps within the sales team and collaborate closely with the HR department to develop and improve sales training materials and programs. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities. Requirements Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or related disciplines. Minimum 7–10 years of working experience in sales, preferably within residential and commercial property sales. Prior experience with a property developer will be an added advantage. Strong understanding of property and building specifications. Proven leadership and team management capabilities. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
