Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit a further Sales Negotiator to join our friendly team. We are an award winning, family run independent estate agent, with offices in Ipswich and Kesgrave. We pride ourselves in spending time with our buyers and sellers, establishing their needs and helping them achieve their goals.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Candidates must have a minimum of two years Estate Agency experience to apply for this role. You will possess strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong administrative experience with a focus on organisation and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling effective interaction with clients and colleagues
  • Exceptional organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently while meeting deadlines
