  • Strong sales and business development skills, with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach.
  • Ability to create and manage digital content for social media, aligning with the agency’s marketing strategies.
  • Well-organised and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
  • Proficient in using property management software and digital tools, or willing to learn.
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are required.
Responsibilities

As a Property Sales Negotiator, you will play a key role in attracting new clients, securing property listings, and driving sales growth. You will work closely with our Property Services Manager and Property Assistant to deliver exceptional service and ensure the smooth operation of our department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively generate leads and secure new property listings.
  • Conduct property valuations and advise clients on market trends and pricing strategies.
  • Market properties effectively, including creating engaging content for social media and property portals.
  • Arrange and conduct property viewings, providing excellent client care throughout the process.
  • Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers, ensuring successful outcomes for all parties.
  • Collaborate with the estate agency team to support seamless operations.
