More about your role
We are looking to recruit a Property Sales Officer into our Property Sales team. As a member of a dynamic team, you will deliver a full sale administration service for the Property Sales function. Knowledge of shared ownership and resale processes is desirable for this role. A key part of your daily tasks will be managing all sales and resales in line with legislative requirements, individual leases and transfers and internal service level agreements. You will liaise with existing customers, proposed buyers, solicitors and estate agents as well as internal other business areas within Places for People. You will provide a great experience for all customers tailored to reflect their requirements ensuring the delivery of excellent customer service.
You will be based in our Preston, Lancashire office twice a week on a hybrid basis.

More about you
We are looking for you to be able to flourish and thrive in a fast-paced administrative environment. Experience working in property sales environment, or a university graduate within the legal sector would be advantageous. Above all we need someone that can effectively manage multiple priorities and enjoys variety in their work.
As this role requires you to work with a diverse range of people; we need you to have excellent communication skills and a track record of delivering excellent customer service. We need you to have a calm and professional telephone manner.
