Our client is a leading multi serviced Property company and Estate Agency. The company has been established for over twenty years and is one of the market leaders with a great reputation. They are hugely focused on staff development and offer superb career progression.
Due to growth we are looking for an additional Sales Progressor to join their existing team. This role will involve working as part of the Property Completions team and alongside the Property Sales team to drive the volume and efficiency of property completions upwards. Candidates must have a background with property such as Investment Sales, Sales Negotiator, Estate Agency, Conveyancing or Property Completions and be extremely well organised.

Main responsibilities:

  • Managing the full sales progression process from offer acceptance to completion
  • Liaising effectively with buyers, sellers, solicitors, estate agents, and internal stakeholders
  • Proactively monitoring and accelerating file progression, particularly pre-legal instruction
  • Holding weekly review meetings with senior management to ensure pipeline momentum
  • Delivering outstanding service through professional communication and issue resolution
  • Keeping all parties informed with accurate updates and clear expectations

MAIN SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • A background within Property such as Investment Sales, Estate agency, Conveyancing, or Sales Progression, Sales Negotiator, Branch Manager
  • Possess excellent administration skills
  • An efficient well organised approach
  • Confident, strong rapport building abilities with an ability to negotiate well and drive sales through to completion
  • Strong problem solver and proactive
  • An understanding of the sales processes and documents
