The Role
An exciting opportunity to be apart of a change-making team in the industry. We have generated a team of Property Service Assistants nationally to drive best practice in how we service our owners and tenants.
We are searching for an outstanding customer service agent who is highly self-motivated and ready to learn. This role will comprise of you driving through suburbs north of the Paramatta River to inspect our greatly cared for properties and collate reports to communicate back to our property management team.
This is a varied role with 4 weekdays dedicated to routine inspections and Saturday to leasing duties. This opportunity is perfect for someone looking to learn the ins and outs of the Sydney property market through first-hand experience. Or for a property specialist looking to return to market and utilise their knowledge to streamline our property management services.
This role is perfect for someone looking for stability and longevity. Therefore, we are seeking someone who is passionate about delivering high end service but also looking long term.
A Day In The Life

Map out your own day to drive efficiency
Travel through the suburbs of Sydney
Meet volume KPI’s average of 10 inspections per day
Collate clear and coherent reports based on inspection findings
Have a high attention to detail and avid eye for property
Be professional and caring to tenants to provide a great experience
Conduct open for inspections on Saturdays

An unrestricted driver’s license and your reliable own vehicle
Ability to work Saturday with a weekday off
