Responsibilities

Crown is seeking a dedicated and analytical Property Services Optimisation Specialist to join our team. This newly created role is designed to support the Head of Property Optimisation and the Property Services team in executing critical initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and cost optimisation across our properties.

  • Monitor and track the performance of strategic Property Services projects, including Delta T (electrification of HVAC systems) and various Go to Market Initiatives.
  • Assist in delivering cost-saving initiatives through targeted analysis of problematic assets and developing replacement business cases.
  • Support the strategic optimisation of property services labour models by leveraging data analytics, process improvements, and forecasting.
  • Aid in the onboarding and optimisation of Maximo, developing workflows for asset management, maintenance scheduling, and reporting.

Key Requirements:
