You must have a range of experience advising clients on the following:

• Purchases (registered and unregistered, leasehold, freehold, shared ownership, new build)
• Sales (registered and unregistered, leasehold, freehold, shared ownership)
• Re-mortgaging
• Transfers of equity
• Equity release
• Right to buy
• Lease extensions

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Excellent technical residential conveyancing skills
• A focus on client care and results
• Team player
• Strong IT skills
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
