Our well established client has an excellent opportunity for a experienced Solicitor/ Conveyancer/Fee Earner to join their very busy conveyancing department in their Bolton Office.

Your main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Managing a mixed caseload of residential property matters from inception through to conclusion, including sales & purchase, re-mortgage, transfers of equity and right to buy
• To process cases in a timely and cost-effective manner
• Liaising directly with clients, estate agents and lenders
• Developing professional relationships, both with clients and with other potential sources of work
