Principal Duties & Responsibilities: Maintain the building and grounds to be safe, decent and sanitary, including some preventive maintenance and housekeeping common areas Regularly respond to tenant concerns by completing repairs/submitting repair requests and communicating and enforcing rules of occupancy. Promptly responds to urgent/critical tenant issues, including requests on nights and weekends. Is responsive and respectful towards tenants, helping to problem solve and requesting assistance from Home Office if situations warrants. Reports known safety accidents and hazards in a timely manner. Performs routine safety checks. Collect rents, and maintain necessary records. Works independently and makes day to day decisions without close supervision. Perform other duties assigned. For additional duties and responsibilities, refer to the Common Work Expectations.
