Job Title: Sales Consultant Location: South Africa-based, fully remote Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM UK time, alternating weekends on and off Salary: R23,000 per month, excluding commission (high earning potential of approximately £1500 extra) Job Overview We are seeking a proactive and knowledgeable Sales Consultant to join our remote team, specializing in surveying and construction services. Your primary role will involve managing incoming enquiries, providing accurate quotations, and guiding clients through our service offerings. This position is ideal for a professional with a strong background in sales within the surveying or construction industry. Responsibilities Respond promptly to incoming enquiries, delivering detailed and accurate quotations tailored to client needs. Engage with clients via email and phone to discuss requirements, clarify service details, and address any questions. Provide sample reports and relevant documentation to help clients understand our services. Guide clients through the booking process, ensuring a seamless and professional experience. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met effectively. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and company services to offer informed advice to clients. Qualifications & Experience Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales, preferably within the surveying or construction sectors. Strong understanding of surveying services, including valuations, homebuyer surveys, and quantity surveying. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly. Proven ability to manage client relationships and convert enquiries into sales. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools. Access to a reliable internet connection and a personal laptop.
