Job Description As a Surveyor, you will ensure the pubs within your region (Home Counties & Central London) comply with relevant statutory obligations and are maintained in accordance with agreed Company and Divisional standards. Field Based – required to spend time in multiple offices and in the field/ Pubs. 12 Month FTC Qualifications Your role as Surveyor... Carry out condition surveys to provide a capital investment plan. Facilitate the effective delivery of a property surveying program, including minor and major projects within your region. Ability to prioritise an effective course of action to meet deadlines and deliver agreed results across various locations. Proactively manage the delivery of the reactive works in your region. Effectiveness in identifying problems and causes of problems. Ability to evaluate data and reach logical decisions and take action. What you’ll bring… Previous experience multi-site pub/leisure/retail developments Excellent planning and implementation skills Ideally, hold a professional industry-recognised qualification either RICS or CIOB with 5 years + experience in industry Experience of maintaining the property's asset value to enhance, refine and improve its presentation and operating effectiveness. Extensive property management experience, a proven executive team influence, and will demonstrate outstanding commitment and innovation in this role.
