JOB SUMMARY

This role will focus on core building surveying and project management duties to Tuath’s stock including property inspections, regulatory compliance, technical due diligence and health & safety matters to residential properties.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

Level 7 Qualification in Building Surveying, Construction Management or a related field.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
Full clean Driving License and use of a car.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

A strong understanding of building pathology.
Experience in diagnosing and managing repairs to domestic buildings.
Familiar with the Technical Guidance Documents and building compliance.
A sound knowledge of contract management and working to procurement regulations.
