WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Underwrite insurance risks in accordance with the business plan and delegated authority
• Contribute to the development of operational team plans
• Advise on plan developments and changes for optimal delivery
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and ensure compliance with operational instructions
• Respond to queries from colleagues and provide advice on functional needs and standards
• Develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders to meet service expectations
• Participate in the review and analysis of the portfolio to identify progress towards business objectives
