Make a difference as a Property Underwriting Assistant For over 165 years, CGU has been insuring ambition. Your Role You’ll provide policy administration and support the assessment of moderate to complex insurance risks, helping determine their acceptability, conditions, and pricing. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include preparing and processing new quote requests, running natural disaster modelling, calculating policy endorsements, and updating renewal quotes. You’ll also collaborate with Account Management and Business Development teams to assist with account servicing and procurement. This role offers a structured environment with strong processes and plenty of opportunities to learn and grow in underwriting. You’ll be part of a team that values precision, professionalism, and continuous improvement. This is a full-time permanent opportunity based in Gadigal Country (Sydney), with hybrid working arrangements available.
