About the role This is a dynamic, multi-skilled role within the Property team, offering the opportunity to contribute across a broad range of property and administrative functions. Success in this role will be measured by the quality, accuracy, and timeliness of outputs. Key responsibilities include: * Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including: * subdivisions * property splits * street numbering * property data sets * valuations for rating purposes * base rate accounts * new and existing customer details * voter information * Day-to-day administration of municipal property files. * Maintaining computerised data records in line with relevant legislation, policies, and procedures. * Deliver high-quality customer service by providing clear, timely, and effective communication in response to internal and external enquiries. * Complete administrative tasks efficiently and accurately, utilising relevant systems and tools to support team outcomes. About you To be successful in this role, you will have a sound understanding of property transactions, titles and tenure, as well as subdivision and building approval processes. Essential Experience: * Knowledge of relevant legal and compliance requirements. * Practical experience in property management or a related field. * The ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, with a strong focus on accuracy and meeting deadlines. * Proficiency in using computer systems and relevant software applications. * Well-developed administrative skills, including document management, word processing, database maintenance, and record keeping. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a range of stakeholders. * A demonstrated commitment to integrity, accountability, respect, and continuous improvement. * Experience with Pathway, MS Word and Excel (desirable).
