Due to experiencing substantial growth over the last year and to enable us to develop and grow the business even further, we are currently looking to recruit a part time Property Viewer to conduct viewings for our branch in Bamber Bridge (Station Road).
The successful candidate will be accompanying viewers to appointments, ensuring the property is suitable before the appointment, promoting the property to the client and providing feedback to the sales team to allow follow ups for viewings.
The ideal candidate must be of smart appearance, confident in communication, self-motivated, excel in time management and able to work on their own initiative. They must also be flexible, willing to travel, have their own car and be able to use it for work.
Although no previous industry knowledge is required, the candidate must have excellent organisational and people skills and be customer focused. Local knowledge of the Bamber bridge area would be beneficial.
Although we are looking to recruit a Property Viewer to conduct viewings for our Bamber Bridge Branch every Saturday and one day mid-week ideally on a Thursday, we are not able to guarantee these hours each week, as this is dependent on how many houses are being marketed. However, there may be the opportunity to conduct on additonal days, if the demand for viewings increases or to cover the existing viewers absences. Therefore, it is imperative the successful candidate is flexible in their availability and approach to working.
