OVERVIEW

We are seeking a personable, organised and reliable Property Viewer to join our successful Willingham team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for showing properties to clients, providing them with information and advice if required. This role requires excellent communication skills and a friendly and approachable manner.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Sales experience or face to face
• Familiarity with Yardi or similar property management software is advantageous.
• Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Ability to engage with clients professionally and positively while showcasing properties.
• A proactive approach to clients and identifying their needs.
• Flexibility to work varied hours as required for property viewings.
