We are seeking a highly organized and resilient Proposal and Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and is comfortable leading projects from start to finish. The primary focus will be on managing and producing high-quality proposals, tenders, and bids, while also supporting marketing initiatives when capacity allows.

Essential Functions:

  • Lead and manage RFQ and RFP submissions from planning through to final delivery.
  • Coordinate proposal strategy sessions, schedules, content development, and review cycles.
  • Source, compile, and edit technical content into cohesive, compelling narratives.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to ensure accuracy and alignment.
  • Create and format documents using Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Support marketing efforts with visual content creation (social media graphics, brochures, etc.).
  • Assist with internal and external communications, including copywriting and layout.
  • Maintain organized records of submissions and marketing materials.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in proposal coordination or a similar role.
  • Exceptional business writing and editing skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Comfortable working independently and within a team.
  • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
  • Experience with designing print and digital collateral.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat (document creation, fillable forms, bookmarks).
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Bonus: Experience with Adobe Premiere and After Effects to support video editing or motion graphics, and drone operation/licensing.
