Glumac, a Tetra Tech company, is looking for an experienced and motivated Proposal Coordinator to support our high-performing Marketing Team on a 6-month+ fully remote contract. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and creative professional with specific experience in the AEC industry, who is passionate about developing compelling marketing and proposal materials. As the ideal candidate, you bring 2-5 years of marketing experience in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry. A bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Public Relations, Communications, Graphic Design, or Journalism is a plus.
As a Proposal/Marketing Coordinator with Glumac, you’ll play a crucial role in managing Requests for Proposals/Qualifications (RFP/Qs) from start to finish. Your creative flair will shine as you produce compelling visuals and assist in interview preparations. A key responsibility will be managing the pursuit response with technical staff. This includes develop marketing qualification packages, while showcasing your graphic design skills and advanced English writing, editing, and proofreading skills. Proficiency in InDesign and Microsoft Office Suite is a must. We value attention to detail and expect you to have an advanced understanding of A/E/C industry terminology and delivery methods.
