In this role, you’ll help secure transformative Earth & Environment projects across Canada by crafting proposals that influence how communities thrive and sustainability goals are achieved. This position can be based out of offices around the GTA, Ottawa, or Nova Scotia, offering flexibility and connection to regional teams. Your Impact Coordinate, write, and edit proposals from kick-off through delivery, ensuring clarity and compliance with WSP brand standards. Analyze RFPs and develop strategies that align with client needs and position WSP for success. Manage proposal schedules and facilitate collaboration across distributed teams to meet deadlines. Adapt CVs, project descriptions, and boilerplate content to create compelling submissions. Support interview preparation and develop presentations that resonate with clients. Contribute to continuous improvement by participating in debriefs and refining best practices. The Skills That Set You Apart Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, science, engineering, business, or a related discipline. Minimum 2 years of experience in proposal coordination or a similar role within professional services or consulting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Acrobat); familiarity with CRM tools and AI applications. Knowledge of federal government and public works proposal processes is an asset. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, with flexibility for occasional overtime and travel. Compensation BC, AB, SK, NWT & NT: $77,400 - $102,500 MB & ON: $70,600 - $97,200 Atlantic Provinces & QC: $69,900 - 92,900 Disclosure: The final salary awarded for this role may vary from the above range based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
