White Construction is looking for a dynamic Proposal Coordinator to support our business development goals and strategic plan! If you have a passion for creativity, attention to detail, and enjoy working with cross-functional teams, this role is for you. You’ll play a key part in managing proposals, presentations, and supporting marketing efforts across our offices in Austin, Houston, Ridgeland, and Panama City Beach.

• Please note this is a full-time in office position.

KEY SKILLS:

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite & Microsoft Office
Commitment to building loyalty and community care
Passion for learning and professional growth
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred
Approximately 2+ years of relevant experience in a similar role.
Experience in marketing or business development within the AEC industry is a plus.
