We are seeking a Proposal Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will oversee the development and submission of proposals for engineering consulting projects, ensuring compliance with client requirements and company standards.

• Coordinate the proposal development process from start to finish, including planning and organizing all proposal activities.
• Collaborate with technical teams, partners and other stakeholders to gather necessary information.
• Develop and maintain proposal schedules, ensuring timely submission.
• Produce, review and edit proposal content for clarity, compliance, and consistency.
• Conduct final quality checks to ensure that all proposals meet client requirements and company standards.
• Ensure the proposal aligns with the company’s goals and client needs.
• Regularly interact with clients, senior management, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and address concerns
