• Coordinate and prepare proposals and responses to Requests For Qualifications (RFQs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs) for federal, state, and local government clients.
• Collect, organize, and manage large volumes of data including project histories, resumes, forms, and compliance documentation.
• Develop proposal outlines, schedules, and review processes; coordinate contributions from technical staff, teaming partners, and subcontractors.
• Produce clear, compelling content, graphics, and supporting materials tailored to solicitation requirements.
• Maintain and update proposal templates, boilerplate content, and marketing databases.
• Support strategic business development efforts by assisting with clinic outreach, presentations, and occasional events.
  Salary range $45,000-$85,000 determined by education, experience, licensure, and knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, as well as internal and external equity.
