You use your graphic design skills and creativity to produce appealing layouts in InDesign and ensure that proposals are compliant and meet Toole Design’s standards. Requirements What You Bring: A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, English, journalism, or similar relevant experience in lieu of a degree Three to five years of hands-on experience in proposal preparation/coordination, layout design, writing, and copy editing, and working with a team Advanced proficiency in InDesign and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) Basic experience with Illustrator and Photoshop Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask Exceptional organizational skills A collaborative approach to generating strategies and developing creative solutions

Responsibilities

The coordinator independently manages the full proposal lifecycle, coordinating assignments with technical staff and teaming partners. Responsibilities include producing appealing, compliant layouts using graphic design skills in InDesign, performing copy editing, and developing interview presentations and marketing collateral.
