SUMMARY
This role is integral in the proposal process, including the content capture, development, and editing for requests for proposals (RFPs) and other bid opportunities. They regularly contribute to the content library and the development of proposal templates. The ideal person is highly organized, handles pressure well, and thrives in a deadline-driven environment. Ultimately, they will ensure content is on brand and adds value to existing and potential customers.

LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations using English language.

Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
The Proposal Coordinator reports to the Content Manager. It requires no supervisory responsibilities.
