JOB SUMMARY:

Precise ParkLink is looking for a focused, motivated and highly organized administrator to join our Proposal Development team. This individual will be responsible for all administrative functions associated to proposal development, working collaboratively with staff Proposal Development team and other internal departments in order to complete administrative tasks and using their experience assist with the improvement of these processes.
Location: 100 Floral Parkway,North York, ON M6L 2C5, Position is in-office.

Hours: 40 hours per week, 9:00a.m-5:00p.m

QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):

  • Completed post-secondary education in business administration, marketing or other similar field
  • Strong written communication skills in English and ability to understand technical information
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Adobe Acrobat Pro
  • 1 year professional experience is preferred but not mandatory
  • Valid driver’s license is preferred but not mandatory
Responsibilities
  • Obtaining, downloading and distributing proposal documentation
  • Review document requirements to ensure response to all pre-submission material (e.g. RSVP to Site Meetings, return Intent to Submit letters, etc.), and prepare summary information to initiate proposal response activities
  • Request and coordinate all required documentation from internal departments for submissions in a timely manner (i.e. obtain Insurance Certificates, WSIB documentation, Bonding requirements, as required)
  • Recording and tracking project specific deadlines (i.e. deadlines to submit questions, due dates, etc.)
  • Assist with the completion of proposal submission documentation, as required by the RFP document
  • Continuously update internal proposal and sales tracking databases
  • Actively manage the departmental proposal submission digital files (documents and proposal emails)
  • Other administrative functions as needed on a daily basis
  • Report to Associate Director, Proposal Development
