REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Power Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Electrical Engineering, BMS, tender preparation, and project sales support.
• Strong knowledge in electrical design, estimation, and tender documentation.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit (MEP), and Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Review, analyze, and evaluate tender documents, specifications, and requirements prior to submission.
• Prepare tender proposals including quotations, cost estimation, Bill of Quantity (BOQ), and other related documents.
• Coordinate and liaise with customers, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and vendors to provide technical support and ensure project requirements are met.
• Manage tender clarifications, negotiation, and submission processes to secure project awards.
• Track, monitor, and follow up on tender, quotation, and proposal status to ensure timely responses.
• Maintain and develop strong business relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Support project-related sales activities and provide assistance on ad-hoc assignments when required.
