Proposal Manager – McGovern-Dole Fund Lead the design and end-to-end development of the McGovern-Dole proposal, ensuring full compliance with USDA NoFO requirements and alignment with WFP priorities. Coordinate and manage inputs from country office teams, technical focal points, regional and HQ units, and partners, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met. Draft and consolidate core proposal sections, ensuring coherence, logical flow, and high technical quality across the document. Conduct background research and contextual analysis to ensure alignment with country needs, USDA framework objectives, and WFP’s School Feeding programme. Serve as the main liaison and communication focal point among proposal stakeholders, facilitating regular coordination and progress check-ins. Manage the proposal timeline from planning through final submission and deliver the final draft to country office management for approval.
