EXPERIENCE:
· Five years or more of experience in proposal and/or program management is required; experience with the Department of Defense projects/programs is highly desired.
· Experience with proposal pricing and compliance is required.
· Experience with ProPricer software is highly desired.
· Experience with MicroSoft Office and Project is highly desired.

Plans, directs, and coordinates proposal and Request for Equitable Adjustment (REA) activities to ensure that contractual requirements and company objectives are accomplished within prescribed time frame and funding parameters by performing the following duties:
· Organizes and schedules activities of proposal team personnel and modifies schedules or plans as required.
· Works with program and technical counterparts to estimate hours, price programs and Engineering Change Proposals, write Basis Of Estimate (BOE) documentation, build proposals, and ensure FAR compliance.
· Generates proposal reports and saves data into various file sharing systems.
· Assists contracts personnel in providing detailed back up documentation for proposals and REAs and develops, updates, and submits invoice plans for approval.
· Confers with managers and program staff to outline and establish program plans.
· Prepares and reviews program reports/briefings for senior management and customers as required.
· Proofreads proposal documentation and ensures BOEs and pricing match.
· Confers with program personnel to provide technical advice and assist in problem resolution.
· Coordinates proposal and REA activities with activities of customers, other program/project managers and off site/remote personnel.
