Description

Provides assistance supporting capture activities such as the win strategy though primarily focused on the mechanics of the proposal. Assists with the development and reviews of proof points, win themes and discriminators. Manages the proposal schedule. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience. Minimum 10 years of experience working in a proposal environment. Minimum 10 years of experience with Microsoft, Adobe, PowerPoint, SharePoint. Minimum 5 years of successful management experience of multiple concurrent proposal response efforts leading diversely structured teams. Minimum 5 years of experience responding to solicitations from Federal government clients. Minimum 3 years of experience with complex, large-scale services-based solicitations from Federal government clients. Availability to work before and after normal working hours, through lunch periods, and on weekends and holidays is necessary on occasions but not often. APMP Foundation Level Certification
