We’re seeking a proactive and creative Proposal Manager to lead high-impact proposal efforts and drive marketing initiatives that support our business development goals. As a key member of our team, you’ll manage pursuits from strategy to submission, elevate our brand presence, and mentor junior marketers. Responsibilities
  • 5-7 years of experience in AEC marketing or similar professional services environment.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft Office.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills.
  • Strong project management and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM and content management systems (e.g., Open Asset, Cosential/Unanet) is a plus.
  • A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach.
