This prominent role is responsible for supporting key markets and contributing to company growth through effective management of proposal development and the delivery of persuasive client responses. Candidates should demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, maintain a positive approach, and possess a strong commitment to excellence.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • At least 7 years of experience in proposal development.
  • Background in facilities or real estate services strongly preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple projects and meet strict deadlines under pressure.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving, customer service, and project management abilities.
  • Flexible, proactive, and committed to delivering high-quality work—even when schedules change.
Responsibilities
  • Lead proposal development efforts to help generate new accounts and support business growth.
  • Prepare well-organized responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs), and create impactful client presentations.
  • Facilitate kickoff and strategy calls, manage schedules, and ensure all proposal requirements are met.
  • Write and develop proposal content that clearly communicates our approach and competitive advantages.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and coordinate proposal responses.
  • Maintain and update UG2’s presentation and proposal templates for organization-wide use.
  • Contribute to the evolution of the UG2 brand through presentation materials and professional communications.
  • Stay current on facilities services and the commercial real estate industry, sharing relevant insights with leadership.
  • Monitor labor market trends, collective bargaining agreements, and their impact on project forecasting and costs.
  • Develop executive summaries with key assumptions and “what if” scenarios for team and client discussions.
  • Build trust and respect with executive leadership, operations managers, account managers, site personnel, and customers.
  • Handle ad hoc assignments and projects as requested by senior leadership.
