This individual ensures every submission is accurate, timely, and compelling — effectively communicating Revecore’s differentiated value and expertise.   In addition to managing RFP operations, this role will support the development of a scalable sales enablement program in partnership with the Content & Customer Marketing leader. The ideal candidate combines strong project management, communication, and storytelling skills with comfort leveraging AI-powered tools to improve speed, accuracy, and efficiency across proposal and enablement workflows.   The Role:   * RFP Management & Execution * Lead end-to-end RFP coordination — from intake and scoping through submission and post-mortem analysis. * Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Legal, Finance, and Marketing to ensure accuracy, compliance, and brand consistency. * Craft clear, persuasive proposal responses that reflect Revecore’s solutions, outcomes, and value. * RFP Sourcing & Pipeline Growth * Identify, track, and source new RFP opportunities aligned to strategic growth priorities. * Build relationships with procurement networks and third-party bid platforms to expand visibility. * Maintain a proactive calendar of opportunities, deadlines, and results. * Content Library & Collaboration * Support the Content Manager in maintaining a centralized, searchable RFP content library and approved messaging repository. * Partner on content tagging, updates, and AI-assisted content generation for efficiency and accuracy. * Implement tools and processes to streamline collaboration and reduce redundant work. * Sales Enablement Support * Collaborate with the Content Manager to build and maintain a sales enablement toolkit (e.g., playbooks, decks, templates, and training materials). * Partner with Sales leadership to ensure tools and materials are relevant, accessible, and effective. * Gather field feedback to continuously enhance enablement resources. * Tools & Technology Ownership * Manage proposal and enablement technology, including AI-powered tools and automation platforms that improve content creation, version control, and response time. * Evaluate and recommend new technologies to increase RFP efficiency and data quality. * Key Performance Metrics (KPIs) * RFP win rate and submission success metrics * Volume and quality of RFP opportunities sourced * Proposal accuracy and turnaround time * Adoption rate of enablement tools and resources * Efficiency gains driven by technology and AI integration * Stakeholder satisfaction across Sales, Product, and Marketing * Measures of Success * A streamlined, technology-enabled RFP process that delivers high-quality, on-time responses * Improved win rates and measurable pipeline contribution from sourced RFPs * Clear collaboration between Sales, Marketing, and Content teams on shared enablement resources * Consistent use of approved messaging and templates across all proposals and toolkits * Demonstrated time savings and accuracy improvements through effective use of AI-powered tools You’ll be successful if you have:  * 5–8 years of experience in a dedicated RFP management, sales operations, or sales enablement role within a B2B or healthcare organization. * Experience developing and managing RFP processes, as well as using proposal automation or AI-supported tools (e.g., Responsive, Loopio, Qorus, Writer, HubSpot AI). * Exceptional organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent deliverables. * Strong writing, editing, and communication abilities with attention to clarity, tone, and brand voice. * Familiarity with CRM and marketing systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and SharePoint. * Highly collaborative, detail-oriented, and proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement.
